SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We work with multiple couriers to find the one that is going to get your order to you the fastest. For Express Post customers, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive once it is shipped. For Standard Post Customers, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. Please note, if you live in a really rural location like WA or the NT, please allow extra time for shipping. 

Express post refers only to the shipping portion of your order. As we design, print and sew our beds right here in Brisbane we do not currently offer rush production. 

We proudly handmake all our products right here in Brisbane which ensure the highest quality. However, we are human and sometimes we can make mistakes. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to Kat at hello@fuzzhous.com.au and we can help rectify it straight away.

ON THE WAY TO YOU

We’ll print and ship it to you within 7 days. All our pet beds are printed and sewn by our team of animal lovers in Brisbane.
