All our beds are handmade by us in our Brisbane Studio, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on the time of the year and our production schedule).

All our orders are shipped via Australia Post. Transit times will vary depending on your location, but generally it is 2-5 days to most metro areas for regular post, and 1-2 days for Express post. You can get a good indication on shipping time by using the Australia Post Shipping Calcular

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking link from Australia Post so you can keep tabs on where it is.

Yes absolutely! Please note that there are still issues with servicing some countries due to limited flight availability. You can view availability and get an estimated shipping time to your country here.

That is a big fat YES! We are so proud to say that we print, press, sew and finish all our beds right here in our Brisbane factory.

When creating our beds, one of our 'must haves' was washability.

Our recommended washing instructions are:

1. Remove insert

2. Place cover in washing machine on a cold wash

3. Hang on your line to dry

4. Pop the insert back in and hope that your dog doesn't do a runner in the mud :)

Our current style of bed is not chew proof, but it is something we are mindful of for future bed creations.

Yes! All our beds come with a 100% recycled PET fiber insert. They are extremely durable and will last a long time.
